THERE IS NOTHING TO ADD TO OR IMPROVE IN US
It is not possible to “shine brighter”. We ARE already pure light.
However, throughout our life and all our insufficiently processed and integrated experiences, layers of pain, trauma, beliefs get superimposed: crystallized energy, stuck in our subtle body. Sometimes we mistake these layers for ourselves, and the light shining through them can seem dim.
The more we reveal and release these shadows, the more freely our light can shine ✨.
FREEDOM AND CHANGE START FROM WITHIN
Collective harmony is a consequence of inner harmony.
The way we look at the world influences the way it responds to us.
Each situation or person that makes us react is a messenger of life in the service of our freedom.
THE BEAUTY OF SILENCE
We are strongly conditioned to “do” in all circumstances (including in our “spiritual” life), to actively seek solutions to “problems” as soon as they appear, to deploy efforts until we achieve our goals… Even if it means to sometimes swim against the current and spend a great lot of energy.
However, I think that it is in the silence and in the rest (of the body and the mind) that insight or understanding “pops”, that healing takes place, that magic and miracles can happen. The universe wants us well, and has unlimited transformative power when we stop getting in the way.
THE MIND OFTEN LIES, THE HEART ALWAYS TELLS THE TRUTH 🙂
All the answers we need are inside us. If we strengthen our presence and our ability to observe (without believing) our mind, our clarity increases. We are then more and more able to hear our inner voice, the voice of our heart, which knows in all circumstances.
WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE
Passionate freedom lover, for a long time I sought for it in external settings or achievements: money, travels, digital nomad life, new age spiritual quest aiming at “becoming a better version of myself and creating a perfect tailor-made reality”, etc. And my daily life actually transformed a lot over the years: I was apparently free (comfortably living from my online activity, in a beautiful place at the ocean). But the same shadows kept moving beneath the surface, the same patterns kept playing in my relationships, the same reactions to the same “buttons pushed” still had the power to create a lot of suffering in me.
At the same time, continually invited by life (in the form of several illnesses and existential crises) to an ever deeper encounter with myself, I finally understood that to be truly free is to be free from the mind/ego: I could only find this freedom within.
In 2021, I met my spiritual teacher, and through him, I discovered non-duality. This double encounter completely transformed my inner life as well as my relationship with the world. I then decided to commit to a much deeper spiritual inner work… And I began to make radically different life choices, guided by a quest for love and truth more than security or comfort. The way I work with people has been transformed by these teachings, and it continues to be nourished by and to grow through them.
